  • Each Apartment is individually owned and some owners permit a Small (under 20 lbs) pet. 
  • Pet fee under seven days $15 per day. Pet fee is $70 for up to two weeks, $100 for 2-4 weeks and $150 for 4 weeks or more.
  • No Smoking. No pets on the beach.

  • Deposit is 25% within 10 days. Minimum $100.00. Maximum $500.00. Deposit is applied to the last part of your stay.
  • Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.
  • Changes must be received 45 days prior to arrival date or reservations will be subject to full payment.
  • Payment is due at check-in. Visa & MasterCard Accepted
  • Bed Linens are provided once weekly.
  • Towels are provided twice weekly. Note: We do not provide beach towels.
