As a native of Massachusetts, my wife and I did a lot of
visiting to Florida before moving here. We were always looking for that
quiet, low-key, laid back place on the beach that would offer personal
attention among friendly people at a reasonable price. Well, lo and behold,
I now find myself manager of just such a perfect place. Come on down!

are into the winter season and much busier.We still have plenty of vacancy in January so give us
a call if you want to get away from the cold and snow, even
for a few days.We
have not increased the rates this year so a get-away can be
very reasonable.
February
and March are booking up fast; some weeks are already sold
out.If you can
be flexible, we can probably find a spot for you, as there
are some scattered vacancies.
Looking
ahead to late April and May, we will be offering some
discounts in certain villas.Mention this page when you call or email and we will
discount our already low rates for that season for a stay of
at least two nights.
